[Newsletter Banner: The Statue of Sir Charles Palmer]
WELCOME to the very first issue of our newsletter 'Ad Nauseum' which you can expect to receive every two months or so. Each one will be packed with contract news, our latest case studies and featured projects, as well as competitions and much more.

You'll love our newsletter and we promise to relentlessly send it to you until Hell freezes over, or until you can't take anymore and beg us to stop; whatever comes first. That's commitment for you.

This first edition is launched on the day that the statue of Sir Charles Palmer, the famous builder of warships, is officially unveiled following it's dismantlement, restoration and relocation to the centre of Jarrow. To commemorate the event, we've put together a special featured project and detailed case study charting each step of the scheme from relocation to bronze restoration and stone repair. Have a look at this issue's featured projects opposite for more details.

SUMMER COMPETITION [Photo: Stonehenge]
As we've been quite taken by David Dimbleby's series 'How We Built Britain', and in keeping with the spirit of the programme, we're giving you the change to explore Britain's rich heritage for yourself in our summer competition - a one year English Heritage Membership.

As a member, you will enjoy free access to over 400 properties and structures across England, including the world famous Stonehenge. Plus, card holders are able to take up to 6 children under the age of 19 with them completely free of charge. As we're from the North, we can happily report that there are loads of places in our region to visit.

To enter our competition send us an email and tell us which English Heritage site you'd most like to visit and why.
DID YOU KNOW? [Picture: Post It Note with smiling helpful face drawn on it] Most email clients (such as Outlook) block images in emails by default. This means that you may not be viewing our newsletter the way we intended. Worse still, without the images enabled our subliminal messages would be compromised. Neither of us want that, right?

To make sure that our newsletter continues to reach you and looks super, all you have to do is add us to your 'Contacts' and include us in your Safe Senders list.
